I built The Creator’s Cut out of frustration. I struggled with self-doubt, limited resources, and feeling behind in a cosplay world that rewarded perfection, money, and access I didn’t have. As a designer of color, I learned quickly that store-bought options didn’t fit my body, my skin tone, or my vision. And starting from scratch felt overwhelming.

Depending on the course step, I’ll let you know exactly what’s needed before class. Some lessons include materials, while others let you personalize your projects with your own found fabric and tools.
Nope! While I love the cosplay community, these sewing & building courses are for anyone who wants to design, sew, and express themselves through fashion! Whether you’re creating an everyday outfit or a full-on fantasy costume, these tips and tricks can be used for both.
The course is set up for 4 months but everyone's learning curve is different. Most students start seeing results after their first few sessions, but the course will be available to you for 9 months after your first purchase. Allowing you enough time to perfect your skills or to use it for references on future projects!
All of the courses are currently online, so you can learn anytime, anywhere! I’ll also share recommendations for trusted in-person workshops if you ever want extra hands-on practice.

I started out just like you…excited about cosplay and fashion but frustrated by the lack of representation and how store-bought costumes never quite fit my body or vision.
